Frequently Asked Questions

What is the purpose of this site?

In an attempt to provide more transparency and help sellers improve sales, eBay has begun providing sellers more detailed information regarding their DSRs.  This site provides sellers the ability to see a more detailed record of their DSRs.

What details does DSR Report provide?

Our reports allow you to break down your individual DSR scores into the number of 1's, 2's, 3's, 4's, and 5's left over a specified period of time, within a specific category, type of shipping, or particular item number.

Is this site really free?

Yes, this site is free to use.  There are currently no plans to charge for this service.

Why does my report say "NOT ENOUGH DATA"?

To preserve buyer anonymity eBay only provides detailed information when at least 10 DSRs are left for your specified criteria.

Can I find out what a particular buyer left for me?

We do not provide details for specific buyers.  DSR information can only be given when a minimum of 10 DSRs are left for your specified criteria.  Be aware that the use of any software to determine ratings left by a specific member could result in account suspension as stated in the eBay user agreement.

What personal information do you collect?

If you choose to create an account with us then we will collect your name, email address, country, state, and postal code.  All other information will be optional.  It is highly recommended that you don't use your eBay password when creating your account.

Are you available for an interview?
